General Terms and Conditions
Registration to Events constitutes acceptance of Selectiva International General Terms and Conditions.
Standard Package registration fee includes a license to attend all speeches listed in the agenda for the specific event, all digital documentation related to it, refreshments, lunch and evening reception. Full Package additionally includes two night accommodation at the event venue and taxi transfer from the airport to the venue and vice versa. All packages do NOT include travel expenses, travel insurance or any other personal expenses incurred by attendees. In any event, Selectiva International will not accept liability for any loss, including incidental or consequential damages, etc. All prices are quoted in Euros per person exclusive taxes where Selectiva International reserves the right to change the price at any time. Registration will be primarily done on a first-come basis though Selectiva reserves the right to allocate attendance tickets in its judgment.
Pricing of any event is based on the date of receiving a complete registration form (online or by fax) as well as will comply with Selectiva International general pricing and discount policy. Following completion and return of the registration form, full payment is required within 10 working days upon receipt of invoice. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Bookings received less than two weeks before the event date can only be paid by credit card. Payment must be received prior to the start of the event. Registration forms without a following payment will not be processed as well as we reserve the right to refuse access if payment is not made within our terms and conditions. Selectiva International may refuse any registration for any or no reason as long as it is not an unlawful reason.
Cancellations must be received prior to the event in writing either by email, post or fax. No cancellations are possible after the event date. In case of cancellation, delegates are entitled to:
• A credit voucher for the total fee paid which could be used for an equivalent future event within 1 year from the date of issue of the voucher. Credit vouchers use is subject to availability of the event for which the credit is being used. For a Full Package registration, Selectiva International reserves the right to exclude accommodation and taxi transfer value from the issued voucher, in case cancellation occurs within one month before the event starting date.
• 100% refund of the total fee paid if cancelled before 1st of June, 2020;
• 80% refund of the total fee paid if cancelled between 2nd of June, 2020 and 30th of June, 2020;
• 50% refund of the total fee paid if cancelled between 1st of July, 2020 and 31st of July, 2020;
• 20% refund of the total fee paid if cancelled between 1st of August, 2020 and 17th of October, 2020;
• NO refund if cancelled after 17th of October, 2020.
Cancellations of parts of the event are not possible and will be granted no refunds. In case of non-attendance of the whole event or parts of it without notification, no refunds will be possible.
Provided the total fee has been paid, delegate substitutions from the same company are possible at no extra charge at any time before the event date.
Selectiva International keeps the right to change the content, program, timing, location, venue, speaker line-up of the event, omit event features, reschedule the event or make any other changes deemed necessary at any time. Selectiva International cannot be held liable for such changes neither for any costs, damages and expenses incurred by customers with respect to these changes (including accommodation, travel expenses etc). In such situations no refunds or partial refunds shall be made.
Selectiva International reserves the right to cancel any event, due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to terrorism, war, extreme weather conditions, industrial action, acts of gods or any other reason. In such unlikely situations and provided that the event is not postponed to a later date, customers will be granted:
• Either a credit voucher for the total amount paid which could be used for an equivalent future event, within 1 year from the date of issue of the credit;
• 50% refund of the registration fee paid.
In case of cancellation of any event, Selectiva International cannot be held liable for any costs, damages and expenses incurred by customers as a result of the cancellation of the event (including accommodation, travel expenses etc).
Travel Arrangements and Visas
Participants are responsible for making their own travel, accommodation and Visa arrangements with connection to attendance of any event as well as for making an appropriate travel insurance, as Selectiva International will not accept any liability for expenses incurred due to possible cancellation or reschedule of events.
We recommend that you check your visa requirements with your local Embassy or Consulate. Please apply for your visa in good time. Selectiva International is ready to assist you with an invitation letter to support your visa application.
Personal information submitted to Selectiva International will only be used for purposes related to the event. When registering at our website, you agree and authorize us to use your information (name, address, email address or telephone number) to help us provide the products and services you have requested and keep you informed of offers that may be of interest to you. Additionally, you agree and authorize us to share your information with third parties such as other attendees of the event, our business partners, media partners, sponsors, exhibitors, as well as to use it in our business development practices and materials unless stated otherwise.
Selectiva International reserves the right to disclose your personal information when required by law or litigation, national security or any other issues of public importance.
Selectiva International cannot be held liable for any of the content of the presentations, speeches, panel debates, ads or any other promotional materials distributed during the event as these are outside our control. Additionally, we do not take responsibility for any damage, loss or costs incurred with connection to or during your participation in our event.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that the content of this event and all materials provided to you are copyright protected and any unauthorized duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.
