Ritesh specializes in product design, product management, branding, typography, and growth analytics. In 2021 he had the idea to build Useful School – a virtual pay-what-you-can school for creatives of color. Something useful, fun, affordable, and catered to the people who needed it. Plus, a sick logo. It started with 2 classes centered around product design, and have expanded to branding, financial wellness, decolonization, and more.

BMW I VISION CIRCULAR
Domagoj Dukec, Head of Design at BMW
Domagoj Dukec has led the BMW Design team since April 2019 – with a team of over 100 designers working to enhance and redevelop the design language of current and future BMW brand models. He describes himself as an “emotional rationalist” pointing to inspiration from the art world – figures such as Michelangelo and Karl Lagerfeld. The latest BMW i Vision Circular is a study that looks ahead to a compact vehicle for the year 2040 that is focused squarely on sustainability and luxury.

Matthew Ashton, Vice President Design at the LEGO Group
Matthew has been working for the LEGO Group for 21 years. He has overseen the development of multiple product lines directing the design teams who create building kits for kids of all ages. He also served as executive producer on ‘The LEGO Movie’, ‘The LEGO Batman Movie’ ‘The LEGO Movie 2’ and was head judge on LEGOMASTERS UK. Matthew is presenting the latest LEGO Everyone is Awesome building set that celebrates positivity and kindness in our families, our communities and our world.

Oskar Pernefeldt, President at International Flag of Planet Earth
Oskar is the designer behind the proposal The International Flag of Planet Earth, which was presented in 2015. He is a renowned Art Director in the advertising scene in Sweden, attested by many eminent awards to his name. Oskar firmly believes that symbols can create a powerful shift of perspective that can impact human behavior. The flag itself is a symbol for Earth and an important reminder that we share this planet – with all of its challenges and possibilities.
