Bio
Rob McKinna is a Human Factors Specialist at Cambridge Design Partnership and an Inclusive Design expert with a background spanning academia, industry, and entrepreneurship within the areas of human factors, product design, and inclusive design. His experience includes user research, usability evaluations, concept testing, and developing accessible products for diverse user groups.
Drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience of disability, Rob has led social enterprises and previously inclusive design consultancy. His contributions have been recognised through industry awards, inclusion in the Disability Power 100 list, and a TEDx talk at Loughborough University.
