Mikael is one of the Co-Founders and the Chief Financial Officer of Voom Flights, the world’s premier on-demand helicopter booking platform. In this role, Mikael is in charge of designing and fine-tuning the Voom business plan, leading the financing and fundraising efforts, and strategizing Voom’s international expansion with a specific focus on Asia. Before joining Voom, Mikael was an Executive Director with global investment bank Morgan Stanley, based in Europe, Middle East and Asia. Prior to this, Mikael was an Associate in the Paris Office of management consulting firm McKinsey&Co. Mikael has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Oxford University and a Master’s in Engineering degree from Ecole Central Paris. Mikael is also a certified commercial pilot and instructor for both airplanes and helicopters, which adds a unique connection with Voom’s partner helicopter and helipad operators when discussing and negotiating contracts.
