Bio
Louise Scott joined Avon Products, Inc. in September 2013 and became head of Avon’s Worldwide Research & Development team in April 2015. She also heads Avon’s Sustainability program and Natura & Co Group’s R&D work on sustainable packaging. Prior to joining Avon, she worked for 25 years at Procter & Gamble.
Brought up in South Africa, Louise has extensive global experience, having lived and worked in Asia, the US and continental Europe. She is passionate about nature and the environment and about helping Natura & Co to deliver the company’s ambitious commitments to circularity and Net Zero by 2030.
Louise graduated with a PhD in Chemistry from Cambridge University, UK. She is the proud mother of two daughters, a lifelong vegetarian, loves to travel, play sports and volunteer.
