Bio
Lee is a designer, engineer, and experience architect who believes in the magical power of everyday wonder. She founded Design Dream Lab (www.designdreamlab.org), a community innovation lab where anyone with a giving heart can create impact and dream of a better future.
In her professional practice (as we all need those official titles), Lee serves as Global Design and Change Management Lead at Pfizer. She builds communities where creativity emerges from the everyday—a conversation, a crown, a shared curiosity—and finds joy connecting dots between playful, openhearted humans.
Lee is the subject of the New Yorker documentary Wearable Tracy, which follows her practice of wearing handmade pipe cleaner crowns as an invitation to human connection. She loves to make stuff (up)!
