Lee is a creative leader with over 20 years of international experience, working across the UK, USA, Australia and Asia. He has been influential in developing strategy and innovation for brands in Global markets, as well as developing and growing existing design agencies and start-ups.

Over the course of his career, Lee has worked with some of the world’s biggest FMCG businesses; Nestlé, Heineken, Unilever, GSK and Tesco to name but a few. Today he is part of Reckitt, leading brand experience for consumers, and helping to shape a world class internal function with a focus on innovation via design.
