Dr. Gokul Krishnan serves as the Inclusive Guidance Lead at Google’s REWS (Real Estate and Workplace Services) team. In this role, he provides REWS and partners with knowledge and guidance, ensuring truly inclusive and equitable spaces for all Googlers.
Prior to Google, Gokul founded Maker Therapy, a groundbreaking initiative designed to enrich the lives of chronically and terminally ill young patients. By creating dynamic and creative environments, he aimed to bolster their mental well-being and enhance their quality of life.
Gokul believes that true inclusion transcends mere policies or actions; it’s deeply anchored in an unwavering and transformative mindset that influences every decision and fosters genuine connection.
