I’m the Group Experience Design Director at Lloyds Banking Group where I lead a team of designers working across our entire portfolio. I’m a hybrid design leader; equal parts service designer, strategist, facilitator and coach. I’ve worked across the private, public and third sector using techniques drawn from design and creativity to support change in organisations and among people.

I’m outcome focused and bring a solid track record of delivering a huge range of work from half-day bursts of strategic support to three year long service design projects. Sometimes this work involves completely reimagining the future of a business, designing better approaches to service delivery, empowering staff and users, culture change or impacting the bottom line.
