Luke Mansfield is Chief Strategy Officer of Harley-Davidson Motor Company, responsible for Strategy Development, Integrated Business Planning, Business Development, M&A, and Advanced Analytics and Insights.
Previously Luke was Vice President, Innovation for PepsiCo where he launched multiple $Bn global beverage platforms. Before PepsiCo, he led Innovation for Samsung Electronics and developed many successful global products & services from smart phones to TV’s and Home Appliances, delivering over $1.1Bn in incremental profit in 4 years.
Luke has served on the board of MassChallenge, a Boston based startup accelerator and on the advisory boards of a portfolio of early to mid-stage tech startups. Luke holds a master’s degree in chemistry from Oxford University and has lectured on Corporate growth at London Business School, Oxford University and London School of Economics. He judges the annual DBA design effectiveness awards and in 2015 was named in AdAge’s 40 under 40.
